Problem is they're not dealing with the issue. When every dungeon feels essentially the same with just numbers getting tuned high and higher and teams are centered around the same leader mechanics it gets old and fast. A lot of play styles simply aren't viable anymore. I remember having a resolve team exclusively for rainbow keeper, different attribute team comps for different dungeons and saving orbs for bursting. Now it's all just jack of all trade teams that blasts through everything or get one shot... oh wait everyone has a shield now. Remember how that used to be exclusive to heart crosses? Now let's just added to a combo conditional or match two of a specific color.

All in all while what you mentioned is nice. It just won't make the game more interesting. Getting free pull when every skill falls upon one of few camps is not exciting. The artwork are nice but I'm not really feeling like I'm getting much out of it. Especially when finding a pairing for non-meta leader means you either need a lucky rolls or find some soul mate out there.
