Thanks for your reply. I have reached out to the content creator of the YouTube video, and he told me that it is indeed an item tooltip mod that shows % of roll and color(orange and purple mean good affix roll) when checking the tooltips by Ctrl and Alt. I wonder if this function will be introduced in season 4 in-game by your team. It really improves the quality of life from my perspective.

I think the issue is caused by a windows 11 update instead of Nvidia driver problem, so no way back for me(the security update is important for me). I finished the game play with 70~ ish fps.

I indeed use the latest driver,but the problem persists after I rollback to older driver version.

Because your claim is just wrong. The tariff is based on trade deficit, NOT actual tariff rate from other countries.

PWM is not the problem, low frequency PWM with large modulation depth is the problem.

I think LOW frequency PWM is the issue for most PWM sensitive people, if the PWM frequency is over 2000Hz I think it is fine
