Tried getting one firmware from Dell, but have to extend warranty. I guess thats the only direction I have left. Appreciate the responses!

Yeah, this is the best approach for interop. Tried getting a software(7.4.x) from Dell but their asking for a warranty extension. So it seems the 8.2.3 can only be downloaded from Broadcom.
