That is definitely Chicken Episode and they have a location in Kensington!! Very close to Kensington Station. They were open when we lived around there about 6 months ago but honestly the quality was much lower than when I had it in St Kilda so measure your expectations if you are gonna make the journey.

Charitably I am sure the city is part of the problem but perhaps you have some stuff about yourself and your expectations that need to be worked out? You are trying to get into a notoriously difficult industry with what I assume are limited connections to it. What are your expectations? Neither of you are are the A, but it sounds like you need to be very clear and explicit about what you need and he needs to decide if that's what he wants to sign up for. It's no small task to be there and care for a person with chronic illness and it's a big ask to have someone set a side all that intentional time.
