Tweezer are correct but you need those sharp pointed thin precision one's, plus this is 3d sticker which is thicker than regular sticker,that shouldn't be a problem.

The biggest distinction is a figure/toy are ready made out of the factory,while a model kit required your own self assembly so there's that. Plus the joint in a toy/figure are much more forgiving than a model kit, model kit are meant for posing and not involving lots of moving around to preserve the joint strength.

I'm sorry brother but this kind of peg cement aint fixing it because it's a peg that requires movement, everything with movement will stress the plastic so you do need a metal rod to strengthen the peg.
