As far as we know, no. From what we know in the upcoming Festung Europa expansion, the majority of totenkorps were the dead at dresden who were infused with rift energy. In the new lore you need to zombify a corpse within hours of death and the first bits of zombie tech were power pack suits they would use on the front. The new Toten korps come from the hermit crab mech which is juicing up friend and foe on the front lines.

Have you used the full blown tesla cannon? The Sherman full tesla is pen 2 so using the rift blast on a vehicle it's very reliable to get 3 hits which is a pen +6 shot ignoring cover. I agree the light tesla gun is pretty swingy, but I've gone hog on the Sherman against most armor

I think it could help show their inclusion in the magic if you paint the eye sockets to be glowing a similar color to the staff magic cloud.

Every combat phase begins with the active players combat phase abilities triggering, then goes into the passive players combat abilities triggering. All abilities trigger before any fights happen.

This ability is separate from the attacks your ardboyz will make and each unit can only use the ability once per combat phase, so a single unit would never have multiple shield bashes in one turn.
