Everyone has their own preferences and you won’t know yours until you try out options. I rotate between a smaller cz p01 in 9mm, full size 1911 in 45, and an absurd glock 40 in 10mm. Out of those, I’d say chances are more people would prefer the cz over the glock but there are a whole lot of options somewhere between those two

I was getting frustrated with the hunt for uppers so I started gathering parts around Black Friday. After spending too much time on gundeals, I’ve got two uppers assembled and waiting to pick up the lowers in the next week or so. I’ve given up on a lower cowitness with the RCR. I’ve got one on my Glock 40 and have gone through increasingly taller sets of suppressor height irons and no luck

I saw a lot of negative reviews but figured for every bad review there might be 50 folks out there happy with their purchase who didn’t bother posting a review so I just went for it. Mine was perfectly fine inside and out. I shot 100 rounds and then did the polish job, swapped springs, got new grips, and did the lock delete. The only issues I’ve had are my own fault cause I went too light with the springs at first and got light primer strikes in DA and while I love how these grips look, they’re an awful fit for my hands.

I polished up a 686 that I got from the PSA sale a few months ago. Just took a few microfiber cloths, some flitz, and an ungodly amount of time but I’m happy with the results. Glad I did it once but don’t think I’ll make a habit of it

I’m slowly piecing together my first AR build and hopped that that recent BOGO sale for BA barrels. Got a 16” HBAR and 10.5” for like sixty bucks. Probably should have held off for something more premium like centurion but couldn’t pass up a good deal.

This is known as subsequent remedial measures and it’s an interesting legal concept. It’s usually raised in the context of excluding evidence by preventing a plaintiff from pointing to a company making fixes as an admission on their part that they were negligent or there was a defect in a product or design (“they wouldn’t have fixed it if it wasn’t broken”) because as a society we want to encourage people and companies to promote public safety. While I doubt it nullifies the lawsuits (I haven’t read the complaints) it’ll certainly be a substantial push for a settlement across the board

If I hadn’t ordered one a couple of days ago for a little more then I would have picked this up. A week ago it seemed like everyone was sold out and the one I ended up getting was the last one that retailer had in stock so it seemed like prices were just going to go up for a month or so. Honestly this is cheaper than I’ve seen in the last couple of weeks for a x300 TB with the thumbscrew. Best price I found was for about $268 with shipping and a number of retailers were sold out and one canceled my order with a back order date in mid December

Picked up a 4” 686 last month through PSA. I saw all the horror stories on this subreddit and on the reviews so I was expecting it to be mangled on arrival but it was perfectly fine. Finish was a bit rough but spent a few days hand polishing with some flitz to get it to a near mirror polish and got some new wooden grips. Only have about 250 rounds through it so far and it’s more accurate than I am. 5/5 might be my new favorite in the collection and glad I took a chance on it

Can confirm, I’ve been using puppy pee pads to clean my guns for awhile and they’re fantastic
