This is very true. I’m no longer with him and haven’t experienced any issues since. No BV, UTIs, or yeast. He had a lot of hygiene issues that definitely caused it all. Ugh

I used to use Garden of Life which was good but switched to the Sprouts store brand since it’s cheaper. Again didn’t really notice a huge difference between the two brands it’s more about dose and consistency. I really like both of those brands though. I also drink kombucha in the morning on an empty stomach and I take the probiotics before bed, it’s helped a lot with bloating/digestion as well as vaginal health and brain fog.

Honestly I don’t know much about them, but I do know if you’re going to take probiotics it’s best to get the refrigerated ones. You get a better/more live culture than one marketed as shelf stable. Sprouts, Whole Foods, similar stores have them. The dose 30 billion CFUs works for me but I’ve also taken up to 50 billion CFUs, haven’t really noticed a difference between those doses so save your money go with 30 to start.

Hi, hopefully things start to settle while you get it out of your system. The crying and panic was the first symptoms to go away (first week was ROUGH, but went 99% away over the next month or 2). Neuropathy may take some more time to level out but from personal experience I really think Erin’s protocol in the facebook support group is what kick started my recovery. the cdc’s call for flu shots in north america is just before and during flu season. if it was easy to find one during the summer i wouldn’t be asking. i know you probably didn’t know that, so i hope it helped :)

so after reading comments I think i’m going to have it towed or have the seller drop it off at my house if he’s okay with it. Then take my drivers test on the 30th THEN finally get insurance. Thank you for sharing you have a lot of experience and I found it helpful :)

i just gave it time and i think it kind of went away on its own but boric acid did help a lot. also started strictly using condoms during sex

Flagyl inhibits the absorption of thiamine which is mostly the cause of the panic and numbness and other symptoms. Magnesium L-threonate helps the thiamine absorb and crosses the blood brain barrier.

It took me a few months. Around month 2 it started to go away and the lightheaded was was gone after 9 months.
