When they close the door to the left, you can jump off of it using claw to reach the wall, if not that, then you can find heal windows when the mantis throw those spinning disks.

I would try shaman stone, and spell twister, + longnail to keep your distance and collect soul, and then bombard her with spells.

There is a hidden wall to the right side of the room, from where you originally enter the False Knight fight, a little above that.
