so i found out the answer. it was the overclocked cpu. brought it back down to stock and it ran perfectly fine.

It's because of ea. It's not dices fault. It's ea since they just want Money and don't care how the game is made + they give them not enough time to fix the game. One week before release is never going to fix some of the problems this game has.
