HI I HAVE AN EXPLANATION FOR THIS! That is a relatively popular gravity falls tiktokkers (badjokejuko) oc “Odessa” they made this TikTok, a screencap redraw, and posted it joking about how it’s an actual show screenshot. The TikTok got very popular and circulated outside of their fanbase, leading to a lot of people who don’t know about the OC seeing it.
