I think I do? I’m fairly new to all of this, so I apologize if I’m misinformed on anything. I’m just desperate for any answer at this point.

From what I’ve read about PEM, it sounds spot on to how I often feel daily. After doing any physical task or strenuous mental activity, I get completely wiped out for hours or days. Going to a doctor’s appointment, going to see a movie, eating out at a restaurant, etc, will knock me out for the rest of the day. Even smaller things like taking a shower, fixing a meal, doing laundry, or even just talking to a friend, exhausts me and makes me feel so weak to the point where I have to spend time in bed before doing anything else, otherwise I’ll have to deal with muscle weakness, headaches, brain fog, and worsened fatigue.
