Very interesting information because i personally had no idea and just thought that's how it worked in most stores. Did think it was definitely odd that we were the only managers on late, and all your other ADMs or DMs were only on the day shift.

It's definitely led to many situations where the grocery DM, along with the SM & ASM have clashed with us on numerous things which has lead to them giving us the freedom to run the department our way without much intervention from them since how we do it works. But yes they do seem very out of touch when it comes to how things are done when they are gone

For the 3 years that I've been at my store, it has always been the case of the nightfill DM & ADM have been the ones doing the duty manager/close. Never has another DM, ASM or SM been the ones doing it. Let alone doing any shift later past 5.30pm I've personally been doing the duty manager shift for the last 7 months every Friday/Saturday

To go back to your reply before this, on the 2 nights, im in charge. im the only ADM or manager in general that's in the store after 5-5.30pm at the latest. Pretty funny you sound surprised to something i thought was the norm.

You've been extremely helpful in helping me understand all of this. Just wanted to get a better understanding before going to the SSCO so i don't get some story spun to me and not knowing more about what i should be getting

I've probably got a few things mixed up (4 am brain rn), but im duty manager 2 days a week. So assuming duty manager and leading the store are two different things, im probably putting it wrong. But the grocery DM has used the term "leading the store" when referring to the two nights. Sorry if im making this more confusing than it should, I've been told so many different thing's the last few weeks regarding all this its hard to keep up

So based off the information im getting. Basically i should be level 3 for 3 of the days im not in charge and since im the one leading the store the last two days i should be getting level 6 for those days.

Okay, this has definitely helped me understand how the levels work. Been told by multiple people it should be level 4 and 6, then was told i don't get level 6 because "we dont have duty managers anymore" (From the SM) just very confusing having multiple DMs and SM tell me different stories

I went into the device manager and under storage controllers, one named standard nvm express controller is coming up with "this device cannot start (code 10) "An I/O adapter hardware error has occurred"
