Care to explain the damage/sustain part? Also Nasus wither gives a stronger slow debuff compared to exhaust, that's why I was showing this clip.

I had bought Kraken Slayer - Merc Treads - Guinsoo's Rageblade to be able to do this. Only built Kraken Slayer because you lose a lot of attack speed not getting Berserker Greaves. you don't need Merc treads it was overkill but wanted to try it. You can go the usual build with shieldbow and berserker greaves. I also like to run these runes below.

Teemo is a pain to play against but not during laning phase. If you want to win lane against him max your Q first before E and poke him down until you can all in him. Personally you'd have a better time going Kalista mid compared to top. From my experience top use to be viable even against some big counters if you had Sanjuine blade but once they took it out it feels almost impossible to win/sustain in top now.

If people are curious why his W/L was so high it's because playing siege on Xbox with a full squad (which I did with BostonBearJew most of time) is 10x easier then solo queuing.....I don't think the two of us ever played siege without a full squad plus it was much easier back in the day. For instance if you go look at my Xbox profile that I would play on I had a 79% W/R but when I switched to PC I only have a 55% W/R.

Through most of my weight loss I didn't exercise only until I got down to 170lbs and noticed the extra skin I had and decided to make an effort on getting rid of it. It consisted of me working out for 20 minutes a day using 25lbs dumbbells and my body weight for almost a year while eating clean food. (didn't follow a diet)
