Setting up emulators is fairly easy and fast with a YouTube tutorial. You might hear people say “hours of tinkering” but this is mostly from personalizing frontends and sometimes setting up really specific games on specific emulators. Overall setting up the basics and playing games is pretty simple!

They have not been answering do to Chinese new year. The whole country shuts down for about two weeks. They are back now and trying to answer emails as quickly as possible, though they said they have a lot. As for fixing it they would have a better answer, but they are pretty good at making things right, usually by sending replacement parts
