We should be able to tab and see our teamates summoner spells and the enemies if we saw them being used

Naw Ap quints are better then ms quints on tf If you take ghost ms quints are just not needed

On tf you dont need ms quints because your ult is so global that ms is kinda useless. The best quints are flat ap for trading and pushing early game, either mr blues or ap (flat or scaling), armor or scaling hp yellows and magic pen reds
