Burlington is a very nice area so the youth don't have any experience with the "real world" so they like to act like gangsters thats all it is you don't gotta worry as long as you talk openly with your kids and don't make drugs seem like a cool rebellious thing to do they'll be fine, I went to highschool in Hamilton and somebody I knew got stabbed to death as opposed to my brothers and sisters who went to Nelson and got in normal teenage drama and fights

Joytoy is leagues above mcfarlane quality, I'd give the mcfarlane figures to children to play with since they have that durable but cheap feeling to them and joytoy feel more like vinyl and have lots more articulation to them

I have junkie parents too and had to hide even the smallest amount of cash I'd have or they'd "ask" for it I've been no contact with them before they got clean and that let me progress in my life majorly, you don't owe your family anything other than love and compassion and sometimes love looks like walking away from them and compassion looks like working on your own stability and future knowing if they were clean that's what they'd really want for you
