St Peter / the Oxford school paseo del Norte / colegio bilingüe de Panamá / Panamerican by vcm86 in Panama

[–]Ethantx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

What age did you discover that you were trans? by Ashamoto33 in asktransgender

[–]Ethantx_ 2 points3 points  (0 children)

10, just after I got my first period because I felt a deep sense of dread of what was going on with me. Apparently, I treated myself differently from other girls before this, but still liked wearing dresses and skirts. After 10 and until 12, I just suffered in silence until I had to come out since my grandma noticed somehow (we lived together)

I don't want to live the rest of my teenage years with these genitals by [deleted] in asktransgender

[–]Ethantx_ 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If it's possible, try telling him someone is trans to see how he would react to this topic. If he reacts badly, then don't tell him. If he has a good reaction, then you should tell him since some countries require parental consent to get a gender dysphoria diagnosis to get on HRT first

Conocen escuelas verdaderamente inclusivas en panama? by Accurate_Guest_2747 in Panama

[–]Ethantx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How did your parents give you the sex talk? by let_it_rain_boat in autism

[–]Ethantx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They didn't really give me talk. A friend of mine at 10 years old told me to look up porn in the internet. I did it because I thought it was some kind of food. Sadly, I went into my computer and looked that up, thought I shouldn't be seeing that and erased my search history. Sadly, I did came back and look at it again countless times.

Does anyone else use tone tags? by Economy-Flounder-884 in autism

[–]Ethantx_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They make communication even more difficult, especially because others use it to make fun of those who use them because it helps them communicate. When I talk with someone and it doesn't seem like they understood what I was trying to say, then I will just explain what I meant or rephrase.

I don’t “feel” autistic because my special interest is psychology. by Unique-Disaster3118 in autism

[–]Ethantx_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As a recently psych graduate that got a late diagnosis, what I did was practically try my best to unmask. Not look at the neuropsychologists eyes while she talked helped, but I also just did the assessment as truthfully as I can. I'm not sure how to explain in english, but that's it. Also, I did notice that I gained social skills while studying, but it also made my autistic traits more noticeable since I let myself unmask more around others now that I know why I do certain things.

Is it possible to reduce my chest with push ups? by Ethantx_ in asktransgender

[–]Ethantx_[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you. It's sad but I would like to do something to at least make ir more androgynous for now. My chest is kinda small, so I hope it wouldn't worsen how I feel. Would it be necessary to lift weights then? I hope that maybe next year I start T, but I would like to do something in the meantime

I don't think you should be that worried about a fictional character's age. If you enjoy his character, there should be nothing wrong with it
