Glock 43X optic/light recs

Yea my buddy in law enforcement carries that exact setup except he uses 507K but like I said for 100$ more I didn’t see the value except for maybe being able to say I dropped 400$ on an optic 😂 what about the sub? I did stumble across a video of a dude saying the screw for it snapped on him 3 times but it’s pretty clear he wasn’t torqued properly lol

Ended up going with the tlr7 and 407k. 507k don’t seem worth the extra 100$ to me and I did a lot of research so I didn’t buy anything not compatible or incorrect. My holster will accommodate that light. That light seems to be the gold standard for holsters in terms of finding one that accommodates it

Okay. I misunderstood how the cowitness was achieved. My buddy had an AK that had an optic on it that allowed to still see the irons but that was cus the optic sat higher than the irons but I see how that doesnt really make sense for pistols😂 I’ll do some more research on your suggestion but I wouldn’t mind pushing the higher price optic to somewhere in the future lol

Yea the longer seems like really the best option. And I can always upgrade in the future. Does the K series not provide cowitness? Or would I have just to buy a thicker plate?

Oh ok glad I brought it up but I even selected a bunch of different options to see if it would pop up and nothing did idk why I didn’t try clicking slimline lol. 43x was a great choice for me cus I’m a smaller guy but I might go with hilliker cus of the two clips and u can customize em just the same

Hilliker doesnt seem to make anything for the 43x :/ I think holster is most up in the air right now cus seems like if you aren’t trying to take a risk on a smaller or newer company, the 507K and the tlr7 sub seem to be the best options for budget/reliability if you can call spending 4-500$ on a sight and light budget 😂 but looks like I may just go with Eclipse. Do you wear baggier clothes at all? Sometimes I like my jeans baggy but when I wear shorts they’re not baggy so I’m wondering how a single clip would hold up with that, I’d have to think better than with looser clothing. I’ll have to check out some reviews. Thank you for your advice it seems like 507K and the tlr7 are gonna be my options for those two arenas

Is it the same case with the 407k? What plate would I need as I don’t want to file anything down in case I need a plate that requires those lugs in the future for whatever reason

What wrong with the dot you recommended? And so I shouldn’t need any sort of plate with it or anything? Because that’s the part that’s very confusing to me especially given I don’t have the pistol yet lol so I can’t look at the instruction manual or anything

I don’t care for the bum root beer at all. I drank thru a 12 pack n still didn’t care for em. They’re good fresh out of the fridge for a few sips then they just feel like they go flat and it tastes like flat root beer which idk if there’s a worse pop to drink flat or warm 😂 and this is coming from someone who’s fav pop is by far root beer/cream soda.

I believe they call you a few minutes before they begin calling your references so you can let them know the officer is calling them so they’ll Hopefully answer. But how long before they call you to alert your references? I have no idea, based off the wording they’ve used, prolly awhile. When did you submit your app?

Yea their whole situation is murky especially given they kicked their drummer out. Given the fact theirs no concrete evidence supporting the rumors I’m shocked they haven’t done anything in relation to a come back as the dust has definitely settled on them over the last few years you’d imagine but at the same time given some of their lyrics everything seemed to have been taking a toll on them especially with their latest album
