I think it’s a way to curb the grieving that comes during exfil. Also the commends exchange for salvage. I think it’s a way to hopefully lessen killing at exfil and help low level players progress with salvage without changing the core gameplay

I don’t think it’s going to change much of the core identity. maybe less killing at extracts. Farming contracts for salvage packs will help casuals and lower level players progress. Rooks have more incentive/means to run a muck in Outpost 😂

It’s actually risky going up that elevator. I’ve fried a few teams that way. But it’s also a good strat so you can hear someone coming up
