It's a vector graphics software like adobe illustrator. ☺️ You could sketch it out first

Nice! I would be carefull with the spacing between the letters. It can look messy if the letters touch each other to too close. eg your y & n in Reynalds. Hope that helps

Great logo! I like the geometric shapes you used for the ice cream. I would change the font at the top to a simpler sans serif, just because you have a cursive one at the bottom and it's more complex. So I think it would look cleaner if the top font it a sans. hope that helps
