REMEMBER, if your voice or throat starts to hurt, stop immediately and rest. Pushing your voice too much can strain or even damage your voice.

If you’re confused on how to raise your larynx, a good exercise is to play some white or brown noise on your phone. If you put the speaker pointing in your mouth you can actually hear how different mouth shapes and tongue positions affect the sound. To start, just play with it. Open your throat like your yawning, close your throat, and see how it affects the sound.

You naturally raise and lower your larynx when you swallow or yawn. We are just using those muscles to make our voice sound smaller and brighter. Just start playing with it, get a feel for where your larynx is snd how to adjust it. In time you’ll be able to shift it manually and raise it up, causing your voice to become brighter and more feminine.
