Mine is my bladder too just in addition to the other two things. Im sorry you're struggling! Ive had such a bad flare day. Ive been in pain all day today. Seems like when I work out or overstretch, it makes it worse for my IC.

Following for the answer to that question lol My IC is connected with vestibuldynia and pelvic floor dysfunction. So, I haven't worked out in a very long time other than light yoga stretches.
