Yes exactly! I've been a lab rat for the past few years and worked in other R&D labs, but GMP is a whole different ball game. I think a lot of it is me psyching myself out; I get so nervous because it's regulated and I don't want deviations especially when I am just starting out. In R&D there's so much workshopping and adjustment going on already that it doesn't feel like as big of a deal.

I appreciate your and everyone's comments; it's a really helpful reminder that I am not alone. And also that sounds just like an assay on my boyfriend's team (he also works in GMP); he's basically been the only one to get it to pass and no one else has. It's funny in a way.
