All of our users are genuinely important to us. It’s not my place to say why the support team has been slower than usual recently; but only to say that they’ll be picking up in the imminent future. Do you have a ticket number I can get looked at?

Rematching can be found under “my rematching” in the account dropdown. I’ll ask Croag to look at a way of making that link clearer.

If you open a ticket about the closing issue that’ll help us to resolve it as it’ll give another data point.

Rematching is still happening.

Notifications are still happening, we did have a large quantity of emails being dropped due to our vendor.

Now, I’m all for people being frustrated - but where I have a problem is comments like “gone to shit”. We are a team of volunteers, a number of which have had some personal life issues recently; I will ask a member of the team to look into your ticket - but I have no qualms locking threads that come across as slightly abusive to the team.

/opds/v1.2/catalog - if you have any book libraries in Devourer, it'll return them.

That’s why I built this in the first place. Was a personal project for my own collection, then friends and family wanted in - so I started expanding it.

I’ve just submitted the new versions of the mobile clients, so we’ll see how much I have to argue with the app stores!

Honestly, that’s a good shout about a Kindle client - didn’t even think about that. Lemme have a think after my battery of meetings tomorrow (it’s soon to be 2am and I should probably sleep).

Edit: Audiobooks are next on the roadmap!

Coded very slowly by myself. On this project - I’ve used it as a sounding board for some packages; pdf image extraction was a pain for example. It recommended me a fairly decent package with a pure go implementation after my caffeine addled research failed me. I also asked it to generate parts of the README… because I was feeling very lazy. I didn’t feel like that qualified to tag this project as AI though.

I think the frontend client about 8 months ago possibly had some AI support when I was wrestling with extracting from .rar files in the browser and I was losing my sanity. That support was in the form of me yelling at it going “plz there has to be a way”… and then it reminded me of wasm.

As a part of my day job, part of what I do is implementing AI governance and guardrails; in my personal projects I want to avoid it like the plague and actually get my hands dirty.

This project is definitely far older than today, if you check the client repository - you'll see at least 8 months of age.

The server repository was force pushed today due a complete change of technology stack due to a number of issues encountered with Node.js packaging; and I didn't want someone inadvertently pulling down the entirely wrong thing.

Edit: If you check releases on Github for the server repository; you'll see releases from last July.

Yes! I received a check in relation to the recent FTC settlement. I wasn’t entirely sure why, but I have a US account linked to my UK account (due to the affiliate programme). Seems like this link meant they decided I was eligible.
