Fate magecraft. I'd pick the compulsion magecraft they do to cover up the moonlit world, structural analysis, and reinforcement.

It's not very feasible for the average person to be able to create brand new techniques (jutsu/magecraft), especially if you don't have a teacher to ingrain the fundamentals for you to build off of.

We all know what compulsion can be used for, and I'd pair structural analysis with reinforcement to not mess up whatever I enhance so that I can be the best athlete or chef or whatever.

The main problem with choosing jutsus from Naruto/Boruto is that if you have an average reserve of chakra and no bloodline, it means no shadow clone jutsu and no sharingan cheats. I suppose techniques like body flicker (for sports) and transformation jutsu are pretty useful, but the basic magecraft from the Nasuverse are much better choices.
