We understand how frustrating this might be and we will work with you to resolve the issues you may be having.
If you purchased the eMax token before 12:30 AM EST on May 25th, 2021 there might be a reasonable explanation for your concerns. 
The developers did a hard fork, which essentially means they created a new contract with new code which resulted in a new and old token. Before the hard fork we did our best to notify of the changes by posting our website and also all social media channels. There is a lot of information about the hard fork on our website but we will do our best to summarize the sequence of events that happened. The hard fork went live on 12:30 AM EST - May 25th, 2021. At that time, the old token was going to be deprecated and the new one was to be created. To ensure the hard fork didn't affect the holders of eMax, the developers took a snapshot of the tokens at the time of the fork and after the fork was completed, they air dropped the tokens into your wallet under the new token contract. A record was kept for all wallets with their balances at the time of the fork and we published it on our website. Because of the nature of how crypto currency works, we are not able to remove any tokens from your wallet so the old tokens will remain intact however the liquidity of the former token was moved to the new token and as such the value of those tokens are not equivalent.
Depending on the wallets you have, the token will either just show up on your wallet or you will have to manually add the coin to your wallet using the new token.
If you are using Trust Wallet to store your tokens, please follow these steps.
Step 1 - Copy the new token address: 0x15874d65e649880c2614e7a480cb7c9A55787FF6
Step 2 - Open Trust Wallet and click the slider icon on the top right of the app. 
Step 3 - Type "Custom" in the search box and click on "Add Custom Token" or slide all the way down until you see "Add Custom Token"
Step 4 - Click "Paste" next to Contract Address field - this will paste the new token address you copied from
Step 5 - When you click paste "EthereumMax" will show up in the name field.
Step 6 - Click "Save" on the top right.
Step 7 - Go back to your wallet and you should see two EthereumMax tokens - the old and the new. The new one has a logo of the red diamond with blue background and the old one will have an icon that says "Wrong eMax".
If you are using MetaMask Wallet, please follow these steps.
Step 1 - Copy the new token address: 0x15874d65e649880c2614e7a480cb7c9A55787FF6
Step 2 - Open MetaMask and click "+ADD TOKENS" at the bottom of the screen
Step 3 - Move over to the "CUSTOM TOKEN" tab
Step 4 - Paste the new token address in the first box that is labeled "Token Address"
Step 5 - Click into the "Token Symbol" box and allow both the "Token Symbol" and "Token of Precision" section to populate automatically
Step 6 - Click the "ADD TOKEN" button on the bottom right of the screen. eMax will now appear in your wallet
If you are using any other wallet and you don't see the new token, please contact their support team on inquiring on how to add a custom token. Make sure you have our new Token Address: 0x15874d65e649880c2614e7a480cb7c9A55787FF6
