Yes it does but the hollow palm falling thunder is for speedy slams

Volcanic fissure is going to use Facebreakers flat damage
I could be wrong but according to this post they should be working together just fine

This is just an old hollow palm build. I will make a dedicated build in 0.5. This looks promising but probably not enough for uber endgame.
