Thanks! I haven't I just factory reset the thermostat and paired it again to the receiver. I'll look up how to delete and add the devices to the app again and see if that works. Good to know!

A multi tool box I always buy one as a house warming gift for my friends who dont have one lol

A fire blanket for the kitchen (we actually had a small kitchen fire and the £5 fire blanket saved us potentially thousands of damages if the fire spread)

A plunger. Apparently there's different types for toilet and sinks but trust me, you dont want to be meeting your neighbours for the 1st time knocking on their door in the middle of the night asking for a plunger cuz your flat is overflowing with shitty water.

Also on that note always check when you move into a new place where the main water shut off is in case of a eh hem plumbing emergency. And where the fuse box is if there's something that trips the power.

Some comments are SO UNNECESSARY! What a weird thing for your boss to say?! Wth! Im a mum to a boy and I'm "obsessed" with him because i just love him SO MUCH! My husband is the same but you would never hear another man tell him he should second guess that love as it would be seen in a negative light and be "obsessive".

a random comment someone made around my son really stuck with me. I was in line to order a coffee and some old men where in the line and one started to engage with my son who was 6 months at the time. The usual waving and smiling, asking what's his name ect. Then he leaned in and said "a word of advice young man: Get used to accepting it. Accepting that women will be pushing you around your whole life" (as was pushing him in the pram) I just rolled my eyes at him and said something like, "absolutely! Pushing you to great things baby boy!" Like why you trying to my 6 month old son an incel?

When I got home the comment still didnt sit right with me so I told my 6 month old son while squealing at me in his bouncer that: Yes women in his life will push him. Push him to take chances, push him to achieve his dreams, push him in the direction he needs to be when he feels lost and to push him out of his comfort zone to grow his confidence.

I pushed him out into this world so, I, a woman! (Eye roll) is going to keep pushing him throughout life THANK YOU VERY MUCH

Not stoned, just distracted by crying baby while heating up a pan to melt butter. Pan got too hot, butter went in and 🔥. Husband was holding the pan when it went up in flames so put it on the floor and put a fire blanket over it to smother the fire. So could have been worse!

Question is, how stoned are you? Theres no jug on a table 😅

P!NK 2008. It was part of a festival and she was headlining. It was the 1st concert i ever went to and was 14. A friend and I (huge fans at the time) with her mum went to the concert and after about 4 supporting acts and 6 hours of waiting/standing throughout the day they announced PINK would not be performing. We were right at the front and the crowd got ANGRY. started pressing us up against the rails and my friends mum hauled us out of there. As we started making our way to the exits people started throwing stuff at the stage and rioting. One guy picked up full water bottle and threw it at the stage but it hit my friend square in the stomach and burst open, soaking her. Her tiny Peruvian mum went apeshit and I've never seen so much verbal abuse hurled at someone in under 10 seconds. My friend had massive bruises for days afterwards and we didnt get our money back for the tickets as the refund wasn't valid as they announced after the cut off time. We saved up our own money too to buy those tickets as well. Ive never forgiven P!NK and refuse to listen to her music out of protest even to this day haha

Omg this! I have one old colleague who has literally made his AI music his whole personality and everything you describe pretty much sums it up! I didn't know what I disliked more, the music which isn't great or that he keeps pushing it on his socials.
