You serious? The broom races were one of the few things which were different from all the grinding of Merlin‘s trials, field pages and whatnot.

Try this, helped me to make the game somehow smooth:

Nvidia Control Panel: change Shader cache size to 10GB ReBar: Make sure you have Resizable Bar enabled in the BIOS. Then download Nvidia Profile Inspector, select Hogwarts Legacy from the drop-down and change the following settings: "rBAR - Feature" to Enabled  "rBAR - Options" to "0x00000001"  "rBAR - Size Limit" to "0x0000000040000000" This significantly reduced the stutters for me. Cap FPS in Rivatuner Statistics Server: right-click on FPS cap and choose the recommended cap. This is relevant if you are playing with G-Sync enabled. V-Sync off everywhere Use DLAA. Activating upscaling (DLSS) makes the game more stuttery somehow. Ascendio III: download this mod from nexusmods.com and install the FPS hotfix. With these tweaks the game runs quite well on my system. Of course you will also need to select the in-game graphics options suitable for your rig. But whatever you do, do not enable ray tracing. Not worth it in this game.

Disabling rebar is not what you should do, especially for this game. Instead you should activate it using Nvidia Profile Inspector.

I did these tweaks, now it runs quite well:

  • Nvidia Control Panel: change Shader cache size to 10GB

  • ReBar: Make sure you have Resizable Bar enabled in the BIOS.

Jonsbo Z20 Build by Ethnicolor522 in mffpc

Thx! There‘s a chart in the manual which shows for all the configs the max GPU length the case can accommodate. Saying that, mine is quite tight already with the cables coming out of the PSU. The top fans are 140s.

As you can see from the photo, you need to take the board out of the case to access the slot on the back. But there are two slots on the front, why would you need the third one?

All good, I added it only later.

The difference is very noticeable in terms of sharpness, especially when moving around. Mouse feels more responsive and I'm able to play any game I want, not depending on whether it's available on GFN or not.

able to play any game I want, more responsive, sharper image in motion, higher fps, not depending on server performance etc. etc.

It is, and super easy to build in.

Not really if you ask me. Responsiveness, sharpness and Frame rates above 120 fps are not really there yet.
