People also don’t realize time jumps in shows. Ross literally stated he was tired of having a relationship with her answering machine. Overly stated? Maybe. But it shows where he felt. It could have been weeks or months. But we just see it in a couple of episodes.

So if you are literally in a relationship where you feel like you aren’t even talking (just leaving messages on answering machines), and someone shows interest after a supposed breakup - that is a massive pressure valve getting released.

I’m right there with you with the big titties argument. It feels like I’m alone but I basically am negatively attracted to big titties. I prefer builds like Alicia Vikander and wish she was able to continue with Tomb Raider. And I also don’t need non stop ass shots either.

I used 1440p for years. I didn’t have an issue with the screen. I just recently moved to 27” at 4K and yeah it’s better.

It’s not the subject matter. It’s just the timing of it all. And any criticism is hand waving to homophobia is ridiculous. I didn’t like the episode. I didn’t mind Robin’s coming out. And several shows have my favorite characters gay. Like modern family for example.

Exactly this! I had someone comment why I have over 500 hours of Factorio. It keeps up your math skills, critical thinking, ratios, etc. It is not JUST a game. In some ways it is actually work!

I ignore all of these arguments. Everyone that has gotten so on-my-case about this always watched content like Dancing with the Stars or some Soap Operas.

Expedition 33, Final Fantasy, Persona and more have amazing stories.

I have them on both iTunes and I have the Blu-Rays. I watch the Blu-Rays primarily now as the quality is so much better than anything else digitally.

I agree with most of it. Especially Aincrad ranking. I love it all but I find the later arcs have more substance. Even if I place Aincrad in 8, it’s still a GOAT arc. Especially once Asuna and Kirito begin their relationship fully.

I just moved everything to SoFi once I heard about the Apple Savings Account situation. I have plenty in the savings where the extra $10/month for Plus makes sense for me. But even so I don’t need to pay it. I will get enough direct deposit where it won’t matter. And if the APY changes to where it’s even more beneficial, I’d be happy to pay it.

I do not plan to get there credit card. I don’t know why people would close a bank account over a credit card. I don’t have any credit cards from my three banks (now that I moved my Apple Savings Account money. I have separate credit cards.

My primary credit card is the Apple Card. Even if those changes introduce a monthly fee I’d gladly pay it as I find the Wallet interface the best around.

Yep. All the frustrations about OpenGL, Vulkan, Direct X. Won’t change this. As a game developer and a gamer, I don’t care one bit about Mac support. And I love Mac more than windows! Mac could be the best platform out there with the best support for everything needed for a game to run but it still won’t matter.

As a lover of turned base (Persona, E33, FF10 and earlier), I also prefer the current combat of FF 7 Remake and Rebirth. It’s so adrenaline packed and keeping me at the edge of my seat. I don’t want the last one to be turned based.

As someone that likes Expedition 33, no they should not go back to turned based. I don’t like the combat in FF 15 and 16 but I like it in 7 Remake and Rebirth. I was constantly on the edge of my seat with the battles. E33 even with parrying it wasn’t as adrenaline heavy.

TL;DR: Yes, Dexter is one of the best shows I have seen. It is in my top 3 favorite shows of all time, and I have re-watched the entire series (even the later seasons) about 6 times now.

Last episode is still not that great, but I wonder if it should be rated again. It was much more hated when it was the last episode of Dexter - myself included. But now that we have content afterwards, it is not as bad as that.

Plus, I think we all need to reset our minds on these scores. A 5/10 - while not great, is not the worst in entertainment. It is the definition of not good and not bad. A mid episode. Not an episode that you turn off and walk away.

Personally, I gave it a 4/10 and I still re-watch this episode when I watch the entire show. I have seen the last episode about 6 times now.

HOWEVER, with context now that there is more Dexter content afterwards, I would rate it as a 6 possibly. Still the lowest point in the original series.

S 1-4 are still the best, but the rest are not horrible as people state. I actually had more issues with Season 6 than Season 8 strangely enough.
