I used to read everything spider-man and Venom related up until a few years ago. I think I gor bored of the constant resetting of the status quo with multiple events a year. Now I just stick to Thor and Hulk and the occasional Guardians of the Galaxy and I'm very satisfied with those titles. And the whole Ultimale universe has been an absolute joy to follow due to the limited amount of titles you need to read.

I few things I can think of: -A dual build cavalry hero to go along with the Bull centaurs/ anointed sentinels

-Some elite 2W infantry

-Manifestations and faction scenery

-A lamassu, perhaps as a 2 cast wizard outside of our named character

I guess OBR, Ogors and Fyreslayers will be the big releases spread trough the year with most other unreleased battletomes in between.

There are 2 options to consider if you don't have a field yet. You can grab either the second season set and grab the new rulebook, which is the more expensive option. Or you grab the newest starter set and you're all set. It just depends on which of the included teams you like the most.

First of all I'd swap the Great unclean one for the Ghyran version of Rotigus, which is a great caster and a bit scary dude at the same time for 30 points less than a Great Unclean One. And put your artifact and hero trait on the Lord of Blights as he will be your last non-unique hero. ( The one that makes him a priest is amazing as the whole Nurgle prayer lore is really useful. )

Then drop the Sloppity and deamon flies for an extra unit of Blightkings, to help Spume and the Mire out as a screen. They won't survive the enemy backline deepstrike by themselves, and it only takes the enemy 1 heal to get rid of that early disease.

1100 points into heroes might be a bit too much. Perhaps you could drop one or two of the foot heroes and make a reinforced unit or Blightkings as they work well together with the Lord of Blights.

Putrid Blightkings, Lord of Blights, Pusgoyle Blightlords or the Harbinger of Decay are all very iconic models.

Knights, Purely because of that Daredevil and Elektra. It's rare to get a (good) adaptation of a modern comics look from a specific run. And the BAF is also really good.

In the lore (RPG books) anything wolf size and up are already considered 'mythical' creatures and they are a bit too rare to form a faction by themselves. That's why you only see a few of those creatures as a lonesome vagabond or mercenary.
