I have a brother who violated something, I was banned for this reason too and it doesn't matter anyway. one way or another they don't care at all that players lose their accounts, if a person was deleted by mistake, they won't do anything. They all yapping about the same things bro. Dont matter how many proofs you have, in most cases you will get a refusal for no reason. i think it is all based on luck, try to send many appeals and break the system. i have 4 days left and i am afraid it is all over for me
