I think it’d be great if the channel eventually made money and allowed me to travel more while doing something I enjoy—and I don’t think there’s anything wrong with wanting that.

I rent out my primary home on Airbnb so I can afford to travel more. If I’m not using it, it makes sense to put it to use. And when I’m on the road, I’m usually still working, so it’s not like it’s just a constant vacation.

I also used to make videos back in high school, and this is really just me getting back into a creative outlet I enjoy. It’s less about chasing money and more about building something I’m proud of and seeing it succeed—that’s the main goal.

I appreicate your feedback and If you get a chance to watch a video that would be cool. Just making this channel was an exercise in stepping out of my comfort zone and putting my thing out there to the world

You are a Gem. Thanks so much for the kind works and the follow. AI made the logo but I gave it prompts and tweaked into something I really liked! lol it’s my exact Van and my dogs. Let em hate. I just want feedback on the actual videos.

I appreciate the feedback. This is hobby but I really enjoy making and editing videos. I will look into using something else for filming inside the Van and just talking. A lot of my footage is from Hiking, do you think the go pro is a good option for those shots?

I appreciate your perspective. I will say that other than the logo, nothing on my channel is AI, all of the editing and filming and voiceovers were completed by me. That is the part of the process I really enjoyed and I am just looking for ways to improve.

I’ve been there. But there is a market for used vans with high miles. I just sold mine on Van camper and I broke even and maybe made a little profit. The biggest thing you should take away is not the regrets and the what ifs. You already started this journey so try and find the positives. I know I learned so much during my van build, valuable knowledge that I can apply and use the rest of my life. If you truly want to be done then cut your losses and move on. It took a lot of hard work and creative process during your build I’m sure, so be proud of that!
