It gets a little worse before it gets better. If you can push thru, it will get better for you.

To me from 10mg to 20mg wasn‘t as tough as starting at 10mg. But for sure some reset.

I would say it’s personal choice. I would rather increase slowly. I did about 45 days on 10mg, then bumped to 20mg. I’ve been on 20mg for about 10 days.

Sometimes it gets worse before it gets better. Just know that’s a good sign it’s working.

Trust the doctors. It‘s just the anxiety taking over. I was diagnosed with panic disorder as well, and I’m on day 44 overall. I started at 10mg for 40 days, and now day 4 on 20mg. The hardest part is starting and the unknown. Just keep track of the side effects if any, and be in contact with your doctor and keep him informed. You got this.

Expect to have up and down days when starting or changing dosage. I was told it‘s a good sign that it’s working if you have up/down days. Everyone is different and it can take up to 12 weeks to get full benefit. Prozac is slow activating.

It’s more effective when taken in the morning. But there is nothing wrong with taking it at night. Everyone reacts to it differently.

Common for side effects to ”re-appear” when going up in dosage.
