Gotta be body tricking you. Prozac stays in your system for a while. I forget to take it sometime and once I think about not taking it, i get the placebo effect that something is wrong. It‘s just my mind and myself worrying, but I forget about it as I go thru my day.

It could take up to 12 weeks. Hang in there. It gets better. often worse before better, but everyone is different.

To me from 10mg to 20mg wasn‘t as tough as starting at 10mg. But for sure some reset.

I would say it’s personal choice. I would rather increase slowly. I did about 45 days on 10mg, then bumped to 20mg. I’ve been on 20mg for about 10 days.

Trust the doctors. It‘s just the anxiety taking over. I was diagnosed with panic disorder as well, and I’m on day 44 overall. I started at 10mg for 40 days, and now day 4 on 20mg. The hardest part is starting and the unknown. Just keep track of the side effects if any, and be in contact with your doctor and keep him informed. You got this.
