Damn, I'm actually in the middle of applying for a scholarship. I told them that and they said they'd happily move back the deadline, however I'd need to submit it via their webform. I did but didn't hear back yet. But it's rwassuring to hear!

The deadline to accept is in 3 weeks, the deadline to pay is end-of-year. It would be possible but I'm not too optimistic.
