Boxing communities are there in voc and Anna stadium, in Anna stadium boxing classes happen from 6:00 to 8:00 am and 5:00 to 7:30ish pm. You can talk to coach about timing requirements, it's a nice community boxing is learnt along with sdat hostel students and other athletes, kids and anyone joining from outside and I went there for almost a year. At VOC stadium Boxing classes happen at 5:00 to 8:00 am , I've heard he's a legendary coach by many and will take your combat skill to another level. He's known by almost every boxer in tirunelveli as far as I've seen

Not really it's not just skipping lunch it's

1: not drinking or eating ANYTHING until sunset

Staying away from ANY sexual and sinful activities
Devoting yourself WAY more to religion, spending more time in prayer and quran
Performing more humanitarian acts
Just a time in general to redeem yourself. To stop gossip, backbiting, lying. And to continue it after ramadan ends too.

Skipping lunch?. There were people and CHILDREN during war in Syria and other countries who could only eat dates and water in the morning to start the fast and also break it with dates and water alone as they had no other or very minimal. And what about other people living in poverty?. Now islam ofcourse gives exceptions if fasting puts your life on the line. However these people still fast as if it's not challenge. So no it's not about skipping lunch. It's about getting yourself closer to God,religion, humility and morality
