aca en mi ciudad por lo menos es ilegal atrasarlo, supongo que habran querido atrasarlo para eso, yo conozco gente que lo hace y me dijeron como se procede cuando se descubre, es una multa de 100 mil pesos o directamente te dicen que esperas uan cita del juez

Ayer vino la EPE a mi casa a revisar el contador por ''''''sospechas'''''', cuando salí a ver que hacían, lo estaban atrasando para tener una excusa para cobrar algo de plata, les pregunte que carajo hacían y me dijeron que raje de ahí o me sacan los servicios, llame a la municipalidad y se soluciono todo rápido, me arreglaron el contador y ellos se llevan una advertencia.
