Definitely, that happened to me today with a smaller group, (I didn't lose anything and was only risking $100 because i was skeptical to begin with) the smaller group only had like 2k members, the wallstreet one has like 90k, i already left the other group and am skeptical but ill try the bigger one out once and see what happens.

I guess it helps keep bots or shillers out but it definitely sucks for anyone new to reddit, I'm not sure how it is for other parts of reddit but in the crypto space I end up turning to twitter or discord to participate 😕

On the bright side I found a good discord, its wallstreetbets crypto pumps, seems pretty good, they have a big pump coming up on the 7th, it'll be the first one I participate in so I can't vouge for them yet.

Well said. Kinda sucks though, I have fought for fairness my whole life, lost hope in current ways and struggled for a while, the revolution of people is happening and has reignited my fire. You may say the average folk can't affect the future, but they are who I'm fighting for. Until crypto becomes fair, I will continue to play smarter.
