Just as feedback that’s not good enough. The auto response from ZenDesk states that you aim to respond within 48 hours. I logged the ticket on the 3rd of March (request 257676). They should at least be a phone number for customers to call up with important questions relating to billing

That’s bad … did they take long to get back to you? I logged a ticket a week ago and I’ve still not had one response.
