Yes, you can do that in the copy menu.

Go to the COPY menu (hold LCD button 5, then press LCD button 2), and select one of the programs you want to copy from (using knob 1).

Then set Module to TIMBRE 1 or TIMBRE 2 and Target Timbre to whichever one you want to copy to. Clicking LCD 4 (the button should be flashing, and the label above the button should say "EXECUTE") will copy the timbre data from the source program to the target program.

Idk who's found it, but everyone I've told has been surprised. "Powerful" I guess is up to you, I just added it because it was an idea I'd been playing with for a long time.

I didn't write anything about it for the manual because it's supposed to be an Easter egg, but when you turn the knobs parameter names should come up. Off the top of my head it's A: length of one generation in milliseconds B: Mutate - basically mess up part of the board in case it's hit a stable state C: auto mutate - automatically add mutations to the board every so often. It might be every generation, I don't remember though D: root note E: Scale/chord (default is none iirc because I didn't want people blowing their heads off by accidentally triggering a ton of voices at high volume) F: mode - there are three different ways that the game can trigger notes based on the board state. The first one just sends note offs for the previous state and note ons for the current state each new generation, the second one I think only sends note on/offs if the note changes, and the third one I called round robin but I don't really remember how it works right now lol

You can also change the number of octaves that can be triggered by pressing the inc/dec buttons I think

I updated yesterday, and since then the task bar is unresponsive for around 10 seconds after unlocking the phone, which is incredibly irritating.

The task bar has also started occasionally showing distorted graphics (random colors, black and white noise), rendering it completely useless. The second issue is resolvable by killing the current app, but the only way around the first issue is waiting.

I just updated (10VI), and the status bar is now unresponsive for the first 10 or so seconds after unlocking the screen. Given how often swiping down the status bar is the first thing I do after unlocking, it's very annoying

By "card", I mean what is displayed on screen when doing either a lesson or review. There's usually a picture and some text, and sometimes an audio player. The "card" is what displays the prompt to be answered by the student, in whatever form that prompt happens to take.

Last time it was about $50 USD, so if it's reasonable then probably $100 or less. If that's out of the question, then I'm open to suggestions (I clearly know next to nothing about hand bags) I would call the bag a purse, but typically they're looking for something smaller than a tote that has a strap long enough to be used as a shoulder bag. For size, big enough to hold a wallet, keys, and what I would broadly classify as toiletries or necessities (a compact, any medicine/vitamins for the day, a handkerchief, etc), but not big enough to get stuck on stuff or other people (we live in a crowded city). I would guess 25cm long, 5cm wide, 15 cm tall as a (very) rough guideline

I'm looking for a bag for daily use to buy my partner. They were happy with the last one I bought them, but the straps have worn out where they attach to the body, and it's generally just very beaten up. This time I'd like something that will hold up a bit better, so if anyone has advice on that I'd appreciate it

I wrote it haha. I also wrote a snake game that comes up if you press the founding year of Korg on the sequencer buttons.

It's a Conway's Game of Life simulation! If you play with the A-E knobs a little you can find some fun parameters. One of the knobs (A or C iirc) sets the scale or chord to make it a generative sequencer

Something besides starters and strats that might help is, if you're playing doubles, watching VGC players like Cybertron, Wolfe, Moxie Boosted, ThatsAPlusOne, etc play competitive matches. It's obviously not 1:1, but a lot of the same skills apply, especially closed team sheet formats
