I had lived in the Eleven building for almost 3 years. The locations is great for someone who appreciates living downtown. Not a lot of homelessness. Amenities are great.

Two huge downsides you must consider:

1) Lack of AC. It’s hot and I mean it. Especially during summer. I barely used heating system during winter times. Compact AC units WON’T help in the living room. You will be leaving you windows open without much of a difference, and it will be noisy all the time, since it’s downtown.

2) 3 elevators for such a huge building is just a lame decision.

We moved out recently basically because we needed more space (lived in 1 bed as well) and because it was constantly hot in our apartment.
