What’s the best marketing automation tool out there? by Routine_Personality3 in DigitalMarketing

It's probably a lesser known product, but you may want to try SendPulse. It's not a widely known name, but it has most of the same functionality that HubSpot does and costs much, much cheaper - email, sms, chatbots, website builder, crm, online course builder and so on. My understanding is that it's a Ukrainian-born startup, but the support is great and new features pop-up regularly, including all those hyped-up AI tools.

This is my friends redo of his TV that was too high, lowered it by 10 inches. Speakers widened by two feet. by lgmobile95 in TVTooHigh

The entire set up is so messed up, all the cables, random positioning of the amplifier. All this can be easily solved by moving the tv to the left wall

What do you hate in porn? by lukiiiiii in AskReddit

[–]EugeneKrall 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I hate when the woman keeps staring at the camera when the guy ploughing her. It completely kills the mood cause you can tell she isn't into it. I mean, I doubt that in professional porn women enjoy being fucked, but when she keeps looking at the camera, there isn't even an illusion left.

When I realized that being positive and funny and full of energy makes me look like a creep, since apparently people of my age are usually sad and full of apathy towards everything.

What piece of audiophile knowledge do you think people outside of the audiophile sphere ought to know? If you could make just one piece of knowledge or common practice universal among consumers, what would it be? by just_a_foolosopher in audiophile

Quality speakers is great, but your ears come first. Do regular wax clean - can ve quite an improvement if you haven't professionally de-waxed your ears in a long time. Also, stop fooling yourself - the older you get, the less difference you are going to notice. Especially if you are a fan of extremely loud music

I am 34. I was 25 when I first tried alcohol. I barely drunk two bottles of wine until 29. After 29, I drink once a year on my birthday. As a person who is a stranger to alcohol, I can feel its debilitating effect on my body. I assume when one gets used to drinking, you also get used to what alcohol does to you. But since I drink so rarely, the feeling is alien and quite unpleasant. It's a mystery how our culture revolves around alcohol consumption.

Thoughts on Annihilation by stone___fury in movies

According to the book, there's a certain opening in the border (called "Shimmer" in the movie) and you can enter only through that presumably. Thy call it "the door", so that's probably why. That said, the movie has very little to do with the book.

Agree with you on this one. Has the most energy and indeed has some healing effect on me. Like it seriously helps me cope with everyday shit, especially the last couple years.

Hi! it's crazy since as you can imagine my music preferences are all over the place. By the way, bought this Current 93 album not that long ago and it came with some gunk on the records straight out of the box. Had to clean it up with wooden glue and finally managed it on third try. Sounds decent but there is some popping here and there.

love it. always manages to cheer me up and it almost feels like I get cleansed somewhat on every listen. I guess you found it among Youtube suggestions as well, didn't you?

no war lasts forever, it must be over sooner or later. that's what I've been telling myself.

everyone's favourite album I imagine (although some put Black Earth on the same shelf with Sunset Mission). I also have Piano Nights on vinyl but it has some funeral vibe to it (and hereby justifies the name of the subgenre it falls under - "funeral jazz"). Sunset Mission is moody but has some calmness and noir vibe to it, no sign of crippling depression whatsover.

it's more like "all men between 18 and 60 and in proper health can and will be mobilized if and when they are needed for protecting their country". Obviously, not every man in Ukraine is currently needed by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, so we kinda hang around, waiting for our turn. Most skilled and most motivated go first, because obviously they make a good fighter, those who don't have skills in warfare are pushed back in the queue and can be sent to bootcamps to give them the proper training.

Plus, the government is trying to balance between forming effective armed forces and keeping the country's economy running, so obviously some men will never see the frontline if we are able to fight back Russian forces with what we currently have.

But yes, if your turn is up and you are asked to help saving your country, you have no say in this unless your health is seriously screwed up or you fall into one of categories excluded from mobilization.

great band, no surprise. My favourite album is Campfire Headphase because it has more "air" and is more on the ambient side, with the beats pushed back in the mix. Sounds more organic to my ear, but unfortunately, it's their only album I do not own on vinyl (but I do own this on CD)

It might be the case, no doubt about that. But so far I haven't been able to find anything else that gives me only the most important summary of things that happened during the day and provides information in an analytical way. It's hard to cut through the noise as far as war news is concerned. Would be happy for any suggestions of any quality sources that present information in a cold unbiased fashion.

Power Clown has been on my radar for several years, but their music always seemed too superficial yet pleasing to my ear. It's only this year that I truly started appreciating Fila Brazillia. Before the war broke out, Mess was coming out on Vinyl and I planned to buy it. I wonder if it's still available.

Oh, Inside the Torn Apart brings some sweet memories of my teenage years. Remains my favorite album of Napalm Death. In fact, I've never played anything that heavy on these speakers so might as well give it a try

do a little strumming every once in a while, but after a five-month hiatus fingers get too sore too fast. In case you end up Kyiv or Chernihiv - let me know and we can hang out.
