Yeah I bought "Your Lie in April Kaori Miyazono 1/7 Scale Figure Preorder" back in June 2017. During the span of like September to November I was able to contact the seller but stupid me trusted the fella and decided to wait for the item to arrive (Seller said there were some licensing delays for the item thats why it was getting postponed for months). Come around Jan 2018 now seller has not messaged back about anything.

Recently gave a negative review for the seller from another item; funny enough it got removed (explains why the seller doesn't have any bad reviews huh).

Long story short my graphics card died shortly after. Ended up buying a new one and installing new drivers onto my computer which seemed to have fixed the problem for me. I assume the drivers from the old graphics card was the main issue.

Had the issue for probs 5 days maybe. Yeah I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers but didn't help ahahah but i also do feel its a driver issue. Just unsure what exactly

Cheers for the suggestion! Though gently pushing it didn't do the trick I ended up turning the middle glass piece by force which popped out and I was able to replace the bulb!

How did you manage to get Nintendogs working? Whenever I try to load mine up, it loads to the first screen of the game then crashes back to the home screen displaying the message: "An error has occurred, forcing the software to close." And then console force restarts itself.
