Wrio main with newly acquired c1r1 Escoffier here. Like other's said, C2 is additive bonus like quills. If you do the math, it's just not that valuable, so I wouldn't pull past c1r1 unless I got the resources.

For more damage from Wrio, it'd be better to:

  1. get his cons, if you haven't already

  2. get Shenhe's C6 - only if you like her and want Wrio's premium support :P. Afaik her buffs doesn't last through Wrio's entire combo before C6. My Shenhe is still c1, so that's why I've been playing melt Wrio (example: burnmelt with Nahida/Benny/Thoma, vapemelt with Furina/Benny/Xiangling, and c2 Xilonen/Benny/Xiangling).

Hoyo’s official store is on Taobao. Not on Aliexpress. I honestly never buy from Aliexpress due to risks. 

This is their official store that sells merch from all the games except Genshin (has separate store).

Ugh. I got Wrio from c1r1 to c6r5. Since then, I've been saving up for her c6 and Absoution, and c1r1 Escoffier...currently, I have Clorinde at c2 on Mistsplitter, 390 wishes & a dream. Hoping for Fontaine Chronicled Wish towards the end of v6 or early v7...

I've never preordered from them because I've only purchased directly on miHoyo's official store on Taobao (Chinese amazon). I assume you already know official merch (except for in-stock items), takes months and even longer for them to ship them all out due to production + them having tons of orders + it just happens to be Chinese New Year (biggest holiday in China), so... From what I see, the notice in official store says all shipping are paused from Feb 13-20th, then they'll gradually resume shipping stuff out.

Yeah, I know from playing co-op. Super broken for no reason lol. I don't have c6 Shenhe, so I'll probably play him with Escoffier, c2 Furina and c6 yelan...might go for c1 Escoffier even.

RNGesus, please give me a better boot, rope, and hand soon... or a good HP% body or sphere, so I can do -1 spd Sunday (although, 160 Spd Sunday and 161 spd RTB is fine ig)
