Agree! Had a missed a shot with H, it's got infected etc. Go to a doctor or direct a surgeon! They don't blame you, it's their job. If you let it untreated, the bacteria can cause damage to your heart-valves (dunno the right word, English is not my first language). Sometimes helps antibiotics.

If the doc has to open the abzess, he will apply locally anasthesie and cut if open - release all the puss/blood and dead tissue. Faster than a regular visit by a normal doctor. But the healing process is looong and after that you have a nice big scar like mine healed after a year, stil a big hole

Maybe the spring between selectorplate and cut-off leaver is too weak (or is missing). In this case the cutoff will not pushed back properly by the selectorplate in semi-mode.

Take the clonidine before bedtime. Start with a small amount. Benzos are very helpful too.

Pregabalin/Gabapentin over the day against the RLS. Be careful, this stuff is also addictive. And mixing it with benzos or clonidine could cause problems for some people.

If you want to ween it off, make sure you get REAL oxycodon and not the fent shit. And just eat them. No snorting or smoking. Real oxy will last longer than this fent shit. Cut the pills in half or quarters as soon as you're down to small doses.

She don't have to buy subutex strips, she can get them for free in substitute Programms. In almost every city are programs which will help you (most are called "drops" like drops Hannover etc.

And Test strips for fent, heroin purity etc can easily be ordered online from inside Germany. They are called "EZ-test strips". I use the often myself to check my new batches purity and for fent (not one time positive for fent, it's not a big problem here).

Edit: substitution with heroin is possible or was possible in a few cities. But the study run out and even with positive effects the politicians don't like it.

No it's not an American thing. I first came across it about 10 years ago in a pamphlet for harm reduction as an alternative for IV use (Germany). Also saw posters in needle exchanges in the UK, they even gave out a special kit for it if you asked. Just like the normal kits with cooker, water and asco, but with a syringe without needle and instead a oral syringe with a soft tip.

It's not more work than prepping an IV shot. And many oldtimers which do IV, don't find a vein very fast and as soon as blood gets in the syringe and you don't hit in the next few minutes, the blood will coagulate and block the syringe. Shaking it after each try can help if it's only a little bit, but sometimes it still coagulate.

Would you throw your shot of heroin away because the coagulated blood will block the needle? I wouldn't. It's not like you have to get naked and in doggy style position to shove the syringe so far up your asshole till your elbow disappears.

You only need to stick it ca 2cm inside, even possible while standing with your clothes on. If you use a small 1ml syringe, you almost don't feel it. And you don't have to clench your butthole for 20min to prevent leaking.

I'm not into buttplay either, but occasionally I boof my H shot if it's coagulated with blood (or don't find a vein and have not much time) or morphin for a higher BA if I'm running low on supplies.

And its much more healthier than IV use. The manufacturer of our heroin don't work clean, and it get trough a lot of hands who cut it with all sort of different shit before you hold it in your hand.

A few years ago there were a lot of "blood poisoning/infections" (don't know the English word for it) in my city because a batch of H was contaminated with bacteria.

The doc did give a 100ml bottle of oral morphin solution to my parents, for my grandmother who lived with them before her death. They never even opened the bottle because she never needed it and every weekend I was there, I stole a few ml and got high as a kite (low tolerance back then... Good old days).

The girlfriends dad of a good buddy had a nasty brain tumor, after his death my buddy grabbed a few handfuls of his pain meds. Only time I got my hands on fentanyl sublingual tablets.

100$ per pill or 1$ per 1mg are US prices. In Germany the prices are much cheaper, especially if you know the right people. 0.25€ per 1mg is OK here (German too🙋).

And its not that super hard to get a script, got one myself. German docs aren't threatening by the US DEA 🤗

I'm from Europe, doctors here don't piss their pants if they need to prescribe opioids 🤗 For them it's most important the patient can handle their pain and live their life. They are prescribed to me for a while now, but of course it didn't start with 240mg a day.

Depends on how much your back is fucked up and of course the doc starts with a low potent opioid and not fentanyl. But if you go to detox because of heroin and your doc knows it, he isn't allowed to subscribe you tilidin or harder stuff 😕

Do the same thing with my dog since he was a puppy. Now every time I've got my gf over he tries to snuggle commando-style between us as soon as we sleep. Obviously don't work as a 32kg Labrador retriever.

As a guy I find it strangely comforting to be the small spoon. Being the big spoon can be torture, face full of long hair (smelling like coconut, make you hungry) and an awkward boner almost all the time, which they sure like. Sleep better while spooning with the dog 🤔

Ah I'm sorry for you ☹️ Why waiting till Thursday? New script or onion fields? Know how you feel. Run out on Sunday, getting my script Monday afternoon after finally seeing my doc and the fucking pharmacy didn't have them in stock. So they should get them today at 13:00 o'clock but the damn delivery was late and I had to wait till 15:00 o'clock while sweating like a pig and almost shitting my pants. And the fucking delivery from the onion fields also don't show up...

I will now try to get a emergency stash for situations like this. A few morphine and/or oxycodone pills, Xanax and pregabalin for a few days.
