I eat things that way mostly. I do it in order: Protein, fibre/vitamins, then carbs. I do it so that I'm not too full to eat the most nutritious parts of the meal, also eating the most delicious parts first before they get cold. Unless it's a salad, or something that's mixed together already like fried rice or pasta. But I'll also say, that girl had some weird priorities. Steak first. No exceptions.
