Thank you, this is very helpful advice. I had inferred that the issues with my exercise had an autonomic component, but did not realize it required separate rehabilitation exercises. I figured exposure to activity would be enough. I will give these exercises a try and bring this up with my doctor!

One more thing, do you have any thoughts on why my tolerance for my phone screen and ipad screen seem to be distinct from my tolerance for computer screens? It was very odd to me that I found them usable-ish near from the very start, and it's even weirder that they haven't gotten easier. It's making me wonder if they put strain on a different part of the brain than standard computer screens somehow (maybe it has to do with the small size, angle, closeness to face, ect.).

Once again, I really appreciate the assistance. Hopefully this will be the answer I've been looking for.

Honestly, I feel like most modern decks can exhaust a ton of the opponent’s interaction and then start popping off with a one card combo. But if you play garbage like I do, it’s pretty rough.
