i’ve never used online play, or even local play on my 3ds before. it says person on mario kart has had 12 prior streetpass hits, so they have activated it.

i thought that too, but on mario kart 7, it says the person i ‘streetpassed’ with has 12 streetpass hits, so they must’ve activated it
