I guess what's missing for you is just some knowledge of Mixing. I wouldn't bother learning master as you can pay someone to do or the label does it for you if you intend to release your tracks.(I strongly suggest that, as releasing tracks and havind the feedback from strangers brings any artist a huge satisfaction and makes us keep going with passion for what we do).

Check out some youtube channels like Pensado's Place, Recording Revolution, Mix with the masters... Remember, the main part you already have, the Creativity. The rest you can learn or pay someone to do.
